At PALMLING®, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Warranty coverage: All products purchased from PALMLING® are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship.

What is included: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

What is not included: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

How to request warranty service

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for the warranty process.

If the product is confirmed to be defective under normal use, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
